Our Engagement Flow

Below is a typical flow of how we would engage together. Depending on the requirements of each company, this process may differ. If you have any questions, please contact me at any time.

Step 1: Send us an Inquiry. Please try to fill-in as much information as you can so we can best help you.

Step 2: We will contact you back to arrange a FREE CONSULTATION to decide the way forward and an action plan.

Step 3: We will send you the quotation and details for your acceptance. Typical engagements can be 6 months; 12 months; 18 months; or simply just various individual workshops.

Step 4: We will proceed to get a picture of your current workplace happiness through existing surveys or new surveys, or facilitating 'hearing' sessions with employees.

Step 5: We examine the feedback and formulate the training plan, any branding changes, policy changes, environmental changes.

Step 6: Execute the executive coaching plan and/or employee training.

Step 7: We measure the impacts of employees at the 6-month; 12-month; or 18-month stage.
